The CANchecked MFD32 Gen2 Multi Function Display transforms the interior of the Volkswagen MK7 Golf by providing OEM-style access to advanced vehicle data, diagnostics, and performance monitoring. Designed specifically for left-hand-drive vehicles, the MFD32 integrates directly into the factory air vent, creating a clean installation that maintains interior aesthetics while delivering real-time access to critical engine and vehicle information.

Using direct CAN bus communication, the MFD32 provides access to a comprehensive range of vehicle parameters including boost pressure, oil temperature, coolant temperature, intake air temperature, fuel pressure, ethanol content, ignition timing, gear position, vehicle speed, and much more. The high-resolution touchscreen display allows drivers to easily navigate between multiple customizable display pages while monitoring live data, performance metrics, and diagnostic information.

Far more than a traditional gauge display, the MFD32 serves as a complete vehicle monitoring platform. Users can create custom layouts, configure warning thresholds, log vehicle data to the integrated SD card, monitor additional analog sensors, and measure acceleration performance through the integrated performance meter. The system also supports external CANchecked accessories and sensors, allowing the display to expand alongside future modifications.

CANchecked's powerful Display Setup Software (DSS) provides extensive customization capabilities, enabling users to modify display layouts, configure sensors, review logged data, and personalize the interface to suit their specific vehicle and driving requirements.
