I won’t be home to sign for my package. What should I do?
Any orders valued at or above $500 USD will be shipped with signature requirement.
UPS My Choice™ members can sign online for eligible packages before a scheduled delivery. Or, if you prefer, you can redirect the package to another location where someone can sign on your behalf.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed pending availability and payment verification. IND aims to ship in-stock orders within one business day. Orders placed on Friday may not ship until Monday. Express orders may not ship until the following business day. During peak periods, processing times may exceed 2 business days. You will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information as soon as a label is created. Be advised that tracking numbers are sometimes generated a day or more in advance of anticipated shipments.
Custom painted items are made to order and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
All items will be shipped based on customer selection. IND reserves the right to alter shipping if prohibited by size or weight, in which case a motor freight carrier will be used. For International orders, we may elect to ship by DHL at our discretion.

Can I combine multiple orders?
We are unable to combine orders. Combining multiple orders into one shipment can cause issues later regarding returns and/or exchanges.
Why does my tracking number show my order being returned to IND?
There are several causes for rerouted items; from carrier issues with delivery to the discovery of order errors. Please email email@example.com for assistance.
Will I be charged Taxes and Duties?
Taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, are added to your order total and collected by your county.
IND is not able to provide a refund for any foreign transaction or import fees. Please check your local customs website for more information. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes: The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from the U.S. and Duties charged for processing by your country.
International Customs Duties are not included in the shipping fee; trade agreements vary between international countries. For this reason, applicable duties and taxes on the importation of any IND products are the full responsibility of the customer as well as any brokerage fees.
How do I cancel my order?
Depending on your current status, it may be possible to cancel your order. After the order has been prepared for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled, nor is cancellation possible for custom painted items. To request an order cancellation please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why is my order cancelled?
An order can be cancelled for a variety of reasons. One reason is because we could not verify the payment details provided. In these instances, we invite you to place your order again using a verified, alternative payment method. We may also cancel your order if any item (or items) within your order become unavailable prior to preparing your order for shipment. For all cancelled orders, a full refund of the item(s), including original shipping fee, will go back to your original form of payment. How do I make changes to an order I already placed?
If your order has not yet shipped, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance as soon as possible.
My package is lost/stolen/missing.
If you are missing a package, please reach out to email@example.com within 14 days of your delivery date. Please note, lost/stolen packages will be issued store credit, the original shipping fee is included.
I am missing an item from my order, what should I do?
We are sorry there is an item missing from your order. Before contacting our support team, we recommend checking if your shipment included a "Partial Shipment" label, indicating we have chosen to send in-stock items as to not delay your entire order based on certain items. It is worth checking your emails (including your junk/spam) to see if we have sent you an email about this. If you have an item missing from your order, please let us know within 14 days of your order being delivered and we will do our best to help you.
How do I set up a return?
IND does not accept unauthorized returns. In the event that an item must be returned, the customer must obtain a return authorization number through our Returns Center or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of your return package. An invoice, with date of sale, must be included with the return package.

Who pays for my return label?
Return shipping costs, unless otherwise specially provided for, are the buyer’s responsibility.
How long do I have to return my order?
To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and received by IND within 14 days of your original receipt of the product.
Will I be charged a restocking fee?
All items eligible for return are subject to a 20% restocking fee, except in cases where the return was caused by our error. Please note that any damage must be reported to IND prior to any installation. We cannot offer any exchange or refunds on items that have been installed or used.
Can I return custom painted, special order, or freight-shipped items?
Special order items, which encompass custom painted products, freight shipments, and other similar products, are not eligible for return. This policy is due to the increased complexity in the returns process for these items. However, exceptions are made for products with manufacturer's defects.
What if my package arrives damaged?
IND and its manufacturers and supported retailers deliver merchandise to carriers properly protected and packaged. Any damage incurred in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier. If a package appears damaged upon its arrival, specifically describe the condition of the package on the receipt from your carrier. Notify the carrier immediately if an item is found to be damaged after opening the package. Claims for damage must be handled through the carrier. If needed, IND will assist the customer in your claim to a practical degree.
No credit will be issued for installed, deformed, or customer-damaged items. Items will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit.
How do I know if a product is available?
IND does not guarantee the in-stock availability of items. If we are out of stock on an item you ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible via email. Depending on vendor availability, sold out items may not be restocked.

Why do some items show as in-stock or for pre-order, but others aren't labeled?
Live inventory is not available for all product listings. If a product listing does not include a live inventory status tag, that doesn't necessarily mean that the product is not in-stock; it just isn't currently being tracked live via our website.
Why does Google Shopping show an item in-stock, but after ordering, I was informed that it is not?
Although we try our best to maintain a high level of inventory, many items are custom made to order and the majority of our items do not utilize real-time inventory tracking. As such, we have no control over Google's stock status tagging.
My paint-matched items don't match my car perfectly.
Unlike most body shops, IND has created custom mixtures over the years to obtain a more precise color match based on our experience with customer cars. Even with this level of detail and investment, IND's painted parts won't be able to perfectly match some aging paint work that has been exposed to the elements over the years. Additionally, we cannot guarantee perfect matches on vehicles that have been repainted. Please check vehicle records to see if any paint work has been completed on the car as our custom paint mixtures will not always match paint work from other shops.
My car has clear bra or PPF (paint protection film) installed, will paint-matched products still work?
Automotive clear bra films add the level of protection that many automotive enthusiast desire, but when installing IND painted parts there will be slight discoloration between the freshly painted part and areas of the vehicle protected by film. We recommend having film installed on the painted parts to obtain a more cohesive match.
Can I return a custom painted product?
Unfortunately, custom painted parts are not eligible for return unless they have manufacturer's defects.

Does IND Distribution offer pricing adjustments?
IND does not offer price adjustments on past purchases if those items are marked down at a later date. During the course of online promotions and sales, we may experience a high volume of orders which may result in an order cancellation due to low or delayed inventory. We apologize for any inconvenience should this occur with your order. You will be notified promptly by email if this is the case. We reserve the right at any time to correct product pricing and/or descriptions and to cancel or refuse any order based on an incorrect price or description.
Does IND have gift cards for purchase?
Gift cards can be purchased online and can be redeemed online.
Are there any current discounts/promotions?
Any promotions providing for free shipping exclude all items requiring freight delivery services. Eligible items will ship via ground.

How do I know if a particular product will work for my vehicle?

All products are intended for North American / Left Hand Drive (LHD) vehicles only unless otherwise stated.
Products sold by IND Distribution may not be DOT or TUV certified and may not be legal for use on public roads. It is the sole and complete responsibility of the buyer to ensure that their vehicles meet all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Buyer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of high performance products and holds IND Distribution and its owners harmless of any liability.
Unless otherwise noted, all of IND's products are guaranteed to be first quality merchandise. Many products carry a manufacturer's warranty. IND Distribution will pass this warranty on to original buyer.
IND Distribution nor any of its dealers make any representation that the products comply with the air and/or noise emissions laws, or labeling laws, of any jurisdiction. The purchasers are entirely responsible for informing themselves of the applicable laws where the products are to be used and to comply with those law.
Warning / USA:
Various U.S. states and the U.S. federal government have individual laws regulating the use of aftermarket exhaust parts and systems, especially as those parts and systems modify, remove, or replace original equipment catalysts. Please consult the appropriate laws in your area before installing any aftermarket part or system on your vehicle to ensure compliance with all applicable laws. Neither IND Distribution, nor any of the sellers of their parts or systems make any representation that any of the parts or systems comply with any such laws.
Warning / California:
California laws prohibit the use of any aftermarket exhaust part or system that modifies, removes or replaces original equipment catalysts unless the California Air Resources Board has issued an Executive Order regarding such part or system or unless the part or system is exempted by being used only on racing vehicles on closed courses. Neither IND Distribution, nor any of its dealers make any representation that any of their parts or systems has received such an Executive Order or that any of their parts or systems conform with the racing vehicles exemption. The purchasers are entirely responsible for informing themselves of applicable California laws and to comply with those laws.
