IND's G90 M5: "BTS" Exclusive Prototype Parts from Eventuri, Alpha-N, CSF, Goldenwrench, and Downstar

One of the core strengths at IND has always been our close collaboration with leading manufacturers. With the arrival of the all-new G90 M5, we’ve continued this tradition—working hand-in-hand with trusted partners to test, validate, and showcase pre-production components before they officially hit the market.

Early Access: Eventuri G9X M5 Intake System

True to their reputation for innovation, Eventuri granted us early access to their upcoming G90 M5 intake system. In fact, we received the very first unit out of tooling, making IND the first to install and test the finalized version of the kit. The system is now officially available for order. Developed with performance and sound in mind, the kit arrived just as our G90 M5 was being loaded for Bimmer Invasion in Florida. We asked the transport driver to hold off—just long enough to install the system on the spot. Much like with the F90, BMW’s new M5 is heavily insulated, limiting intake and exhaust sound. The Eventuri kit instantly changed that. Built from gloss carbon fiber with 2x2 twill weave, the system adds aggressive induction noise, enhancing the car's identity as a true M car.

Eventuri’s patented housing, Gen 2 bespoke filters, and carbon fiber air ducts make this more than just a visual upgrade. It’s a high-flow system that maintains laminar airflow and reduces turbo drag—a true engineering solution.

Alpha-N G9X M5 Carbon Vented Hood

IND also received the first Alpha-N G90 M5 carbon vented hood in North America, continuing our long-standing relationship with one of Germany’s most respected OE carbon composite manufacturers. This hood is now available and already shipping to customers. Known for perfect fitment and lightweight construction, Alpha-N’s reputation held true with this piece. Painted in BMW Storm Bay Metallic on the exterior and finished in raw carbon fiber on the underside—similar to the M4 CSL—the hood brings both performance and visual aggression to the G9X chassis. Not only does it reduce weight compared to the OEM hood, but it also gives the front end the aggressive presence that the G90 platform benefits from.

Prototype Cooling from CSF

Alongside the intake, we partnered with CSF for their in-development G90 M5 twin charge-air coolers. Finished in custom BMW CCB gold to match our factory calipers, these coolers not only add visual pop to the engine bay, but also deliver serious cooling power.

The CSF team has been working closely with us during the development phase. While the final release is still pending, their liquid-to-air charge coolers are engineered with CFD-verified cores and seamless end tanks for OEM+ fitment and performance.

Precision Hardware from Goldenwrench

To continue dialing in the engine bay, we reached out to Mario at Goldenwrench. Their G9X M5 engine cap set was already deep in development, and they expedited a pre-production red anodized set straight to us.

Machined from T6 aluminum and finished with race-inspired red anodizing, the caps perfectly complement the red accents found on the G90’s factory engine cover. The precise fit and finish led us to greenlight this kit for full production.

Titanium Dress-Up by Downstar

To complete the under-hood transformation, we installed Downstar’s Deluxe Billet Titanium Hardware Kit for the G90/G99 chassis. This 100+ piece kit replaces the factory hardware with raw titanium bolts and washers, enhancing both aesthetics and durability. Each kit includes detailed instructions and is designed for direct bolt-on replacement. The raw titanium finish delivers a clean, high-end look that ties together every element of the engine bay.
