The Öhlins DCC Cancellation Kit for the Audi R8 Gen 2 (Type 4S) deactivates dashboard warning lights and error codes that appear when the factory electronically controlled suspension is replaced with an aftermarket mechanical system. Audi R8 Gen 2 models equipped with Dynamic Chassis Control (DCC) continuously monitor the electronic dampers. When installing Öhlins or other aftermarket mechanical suspension, the DCC system detects the absence of the original electronically adjustable dampers and triggers fault codes and warning indicators on the dashboard. This cancellation kit resolves those alerts while preserving normal operation of all other vehicle systems.
