The Karbonius G90 / G99 M5 Carbon Fiber Engine Cover — Vented applies the same in-house engineering and manufacturing process that defines the legendary E46 M3 CSL airbox to the current BMW M5 platform. Every step is completed internally in Spain: 3D scanning, toolmaking, prepreg carbon layup, autoclave curing, robotic trimming, clear-coat finishing, and final quality control. The result is an OEM-quality engine cover that integrates cleanly into the M5 engine bay with a motorsport-inspired character.

Constructed from 100% prepreg (dry) carbon fiber and autoclave-cured, the cover delivers high structural strength, low weight, and a uniform surface finish. Available in 2×2 twill gloss or 2×2 twill matte clear to complement surrounding OEM and aftermarket carbon components.
