Karbonius E9X M3 (S65) Carbon Inlet Plenum and Intake System
The Karbonius E9X M3 (S65) Carbon Inlet Plenum and Intake System is the most complete carbon intake solution available for BMW's naturally aspirated V8. Where BMW never developed a carbon plenum for the S65 (as they did for the S54 CSL), Karbonius engineered a full carbon fiber intake system — plenum, elbow, airbox cover, and air filter — to improve engine efficiency, unlock a dramatic induction sound, and transform the engine bay aesthetic.
Designed by Karbonius' in-house engineering team using modern 2D and 3D flow analysis, every component has been redesigned to optimize air flow into the engine while minimizing turbulence inside the airbox — delivering measurable power gains alongside the visual and auditory upgrades.
Each piece is manufactured from 100% prepreg carbon fiber and autoclave-cured in Spain under ISO 9001 quality standards, combining motorsport-grade construction with authenticity and long-term durability.
