Karbonius E92 M3 Coupe Carbon Door Set
Installing carbon fiber doors is one of the most impactful weight-saving upgrades available for the E92 M3 — the Karbonius E92 M3 Coupe Carbon Door Set delivers a saving of 13 kilograms per door compared to the OEM steel unit. Where most manufacturers treat door production as a cosmetic exercise, Karbonius designs these doors as structural safety components: the outer panels and integrated side-impact protection bars are manufactured from 100% prepreg carbon fiber and Aramid fiber (Kevlar) prepreg, providing the lowest possible weight without compromising occupant protection.
The side-impact protection bars are bonded inside the door shell using structural adhesive and secured with OEM-spec hardware. Precision robot-cut interior panel openings ensure that all OEM mechanisms — window regulators, locks, rubbers, and trim — fit and operate correctly. Every door is designed to accept all genuine anchors and fittings from the OEM unit, so the installation retains full factory functionality.
Each door is manufactured in Spain at Karbonius' facility under ISO 9001 quality management standards, individually numbered for authenticity. The standard supply finish is primed and paint-ready; please contact IND Distribution for other finish options.
