The Karbonius E46 M3 Carbon Body Frame Side Panel Set is one of the most extreme weight-reduction upgrades available for the E46 platform — a complete replacement for the factory steel quarter panels, manufactured entirely from carbon fiber prepreg in an autoclave. For track-focused builds where every kilogram matters, this set delivers an unmatched combination of mass reduction and structural integrity.

Weighing just 5 kg for the complete set, the carbon panels save approximately 11 kg over the OEM steel equivalent (equivalent to OEM parts 41217896145 and 41217896146), resulting in a smooth, pore-free carbon surface that reflects the highest standards of Karbonius composite manufacturing. The panels are supplied in a primed, paint-ready exterior finish by default; contact IND for alternative finish options.

Manufactured by qualified staff under UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards at Karbonius' facility in Spain, each panel is individually numbered for authenticity and traceability.
