The Eventuri Black Carbon Turbo Tube for the Mercedes AMG A35, CLA35, A250, CLA250, and GLB35 has been engineered to provide a smoother and less restrictive airflow path from the intake system to the turbocharger. By replacing the factory flexible intake section with a rigid, CFD-optimized prepreg carbon fiber tube, this upgrade increases internal volume, reduces turbulence, and allows the turbocharger to operate with greater efficiency.

The OEM turbo tube features internal ridges and a flexible section which disrupt airflow and introduce unnecessary resistance. Eventuri’s one-piece carbon construction eliminates these flow disturbances, maintaining a consistent internal diameter and promoting more laminar airflow. The result is improved turbo response, enhanced throttle reaction, and a more direct connection between the intake and the turbocharger.

To accommodate engine movement while retaining a rigid carbon structure, the tube works in conjunction with Eventuri’s floating airbox design. The turbo-end geometry has been refined through CFD analysis to minimize turbulence, while an innovative silicone coupler with an integrated thermal separator reduces heat transfer from the turbocharger to the intake airflow.

A CNC-machined breather block integrates the multiple breather connections into a single smooth internal pathway, further improving airflow quality. Constructed from 100% prepreg carbon fiber and paired with precision-machined hardware, the system delivers OEM-level fitment with a significant performance and visual upgrade.
