By utilizing rigid prepreg carbon fiber rather than silicone or metal, Eventuri tightly controls dimensional tolerances within the confined engine bay. Leveraging their expertise in airflow management, Eventuri engineered these pipes with smooth curvature transitions from the turbo outlets to the charge-cooler. Strength is equally critical for the S55 engine, where factory plastic charge pipes are known to weaken over time, especially under higher boost pressures. Eventuri addresses this with a multi-layer, cross-directional carbon fiber weave forming an approximate 2mm wall thickness. Embedded CNC-machined stainless steel rings reinforce the clamp regions, helping the pipes retain their shape even under significant clamping loads.

Please note that while the gloss finish delivers a premium visual upgrade, extended exposure to high engine bay temperatures may lead to yellowing over time. For vehicles subjected to repeated track use, the matte version is recommended.
