The Eventuri Black Carbon Intake System for the 306HP MINI F60 Countryman JCW was developed through extensive real-world testing and airflow simulation to deliver a smoother, less restrictive path to the turbocharger while maintaining stable intake air temperatures. At the core of the system is Eventuri’s patented carbon fiber Venturi housing, which incorporates an integrated MAF tube and works in conjunction with a sealed carbon duct to ensure the turbo receives a consistent supply of ambient air.

The bespoke Generation 2 high-flow dry filter is encased within the Venturi housing where it helps shape the airflow to maintain laminar flow conditions as it transitions toward the turbo inlet. By eliminating the abrupt changes in direction found in the factory system, turbulence is reduced and the turbocharger operates more efficiently. This results in improved throttle response and allows the turbo to achieve target boost with a lower wastegate duty cycle.

The sealed carbon duct has been maximized in volume to remove restrictions and to isolate the intake from engine bay heat. By channeling only cold air from the front of the vehicle into the filter housing, intake air temperatures remain consistent across a wide range of driving conditions. The system is completed with precision laser-cut stainless steel brackets and aluminium inlet cowls for OEM-level fitment and long-term durability.

Manufactured from prepreg carbon fiber, the Eventuri intake provides a significant visual upgrade to the engine bay while delivering measurable performance improvements for the F60 JCW platform.
