The Eventuri Black Carbon Intake System for the 306hp MINI F56 JCW GP3 and F54 JCW Clubman is a complete, sealed performance solution engineered to improve turbo efficiency while maintaining consistently low intake air temperatures. Developed through real-world testing and airflow analysis, the system addresses the heat soak limitations of the factory airbox and delivers measurable performance gains with enhanced throttle response.

At the core of the design is Eventuri’s patented carbon fiber Venturi filter housing with an integrated MAF section, creating a smooth and direct airflow path from the filter to the turbo inlet. By eliminating the multiple 90-degree direction changes found in the OEM airbox, the turbocharger operates with reduced aerodynamic drag, allowing it to reach target boost more efficiently.

Thermal efficiency is achieved through a fully sealed carbon intake duct which draws ambient air from the factory location above the radiator while also integrating with the redesigned carbon fiber bonnet scoop. Utilizing the OEM bonnet cut-outs, the scoop forces high-pressure external air directly into the intake duct as vehicle speed increases, significantly reducing heat soak—an issue commonly encountered on higher-output and tuned MINI platforms.

The intake duct features increased internal volume compared to the factory system, further improving airflow capacity while maintaining stable intake temperatures. Constructed from 100% prepreg carbon fiber, both the duct and scoop deliver exceptional strength, lightweight performance, and a distinctive motorsport-inspired aesthetic. The scoop’s V-shaped split weave provides a symmetrical visual profile centered on the bonnet.

Supporting components include a CNC-machined MAF boss and laser-cut stainless steel mounting brackets for precise OEM-level fitment. The result is a complete intake system which enhances performance, improves turbo response, and transforms the engine bay and exterior presentation of the vehicle.
