The 3D Design F87 M2 Competition / M2 CS Carbon Front Bumper is a direct-replacement aerodynamic assembly engineered around the S55-powered F87 platform. 3D Design applied the same functional aerodynamic principles that define their broader aero program — a large lower lip shape captures airflow aggressively, extended funnel ducting channels air to the M2's heat exchangers, and the bumper's wide face reduces front-tire wind resistance without sacrificing internal airflow routing.

Constructed from GFRP and carbon fiber composite in a 2-piece assembly, this bumper combines lightweight structural efficiency with the premium appearance of exposed carbon fiber. Near-factory ground clearance is maintained, allowing M2 Competition and M2 CS owners to fit lowering springs or coilovers without increasing the risk of front-end contact. Internal ducting preserves BMW's Side Air Curtain technology for maintained aerodynamic performance.
