Eventuri G9X M5 Turbo Inlets Installed on Our G99 M5 Touring

One of the first upgrades we made to our newly delivered G99 M5 Touring was the Eventuri matte pre-preg carbon fiber intake system. The result was not only an increase in performance but also the addition of a sharp, aggressive induction sound that truly wakes up the S68 twin-turbo V8.
Building on that foundation, Eventuri has now released their matching turbo inlets—an ideal complement to the G9X M5 intake system. These new inlets are designed to optimize airflow from the filters all the way to the turbos. Unlike the OEM units, which taper dramatically and restrict flow near the turbo connection, Eventuri’s carbon inlets maintain a larger and more consistent internal diameter. The curvature is also smoother, helping the turbos spool faster and more efficiently—especially at higher boost levels.
Manufactured from high-temperature-rated pre-preg carbon fiber and featuring CNC-machined alloy flanges, these inlets deliver both performance and aesthetics. Compared to the stock plastic pieces, Eventuri’s design offers improved durability, better heat resistance, and a motorsport-inspired finish. Available in either gloss or matte carbon, we opted for the matte version to match the previously installed intake system on our G99 M5 Touring.
