The MMX Performance high-flow chargepipe set is the upgrade every S63-powered F1x M-Car eventually needs. With the boost pressure these twin-turbo V8s run from the factory (and especially once tuned) the OEM plastic chargepipes become a known weak point, prone to splitting, cracking, and dropping boost without warning. The MMX aluminum replacements eliminate that failure mode entirely.
Smooth-bore mandrel-bent aluminum pipework has been CFD-optimized for greatly improved airflow versus the flattened, restrictive OE pipework. The rigid construction holds its shape under boost and vacuum, which is the other failure mode of the OEM units, they deform under load, choking flow exactly when you want it most. The result is more consistent boost delivery, sharper throttle response, and the headroom to run elevated outputs reliably.
Beyond the engineering, the set genuinely cleans up the engine bay. A durable crinkle-black finish contrasted by laser-etched MMX logo detailing means the pipes look the part of a quality upgrade, not an afterthought.
The kit is a true direct replacement for the factory pipework, no fabrication or trimming required. Included 1/8" methanol/water injection bungs are pre-tapped on each pipe for easy addition of methanol or water injection when supporting higher power levels.
