The Karbonius E9X M3 Carbon Front Lip — Race is a track-focused aerodynamic component engineered by Karbonius' in-house design team specifically for competition use on the E9X M3. Featuring a 12 cm splitter extension that generates serious aerodynamic load at the front axle, the Race lip also incorporates specially designed channels that direct airflow directly to the brake cooling ducts — a functional detail that distinguishes it from purely cosmetic alternatives.

Weighing just 3.5 kg, the lip is constructed from 100% prepreg carbon fiber and Kevlar (Aramid fiber), autoclave-cured at Karbonius' facility in Spain under ISO 9001 quality management standards. The combination of prepreg carbon and Kevlar provides exceptional impact resistance and structural rigidity under competition loads. Each piece is individually numbered for authenticity.

The Race Front Lip is the most aggressive option in the Karbonius E9X M3 aerodynamic range and forms part of the complete Karbonius aero kit alongside the Stage 2 Rear Wing (E92S04) and Side Skirt Extension Set (E92S08). A fiberglass installation template is included to ensure correct positioning.
