The Eventuri Black Carbon Intake System for the 2025+ Mercedes-AMG G63 (W465) is a complete redesign of the factory intake architecture for the M177-powered platform, developed to increase airflow capacity, improve turbocharger efficiency, and transform the engine bay with a full carbon fiber system. By replacing the restrictive OEM airboxes with significantly larger pre-preg carbon fiber housings, Eventuri achieved an approximate 25% increase in airflow while retaining the factory cold-air feeds for stable intake air temperatures in all driving conditions.

The dual airbox assemblies utilize a high-volume two-piece design with bespoke dry panel filters positioned to maximize usable surface area and ensure uniform airflow to the turbo inlets. Compared to the factory layout, which forces air through a narrow duct into a compact airbox and tight transition at the turbo, the Eventuri system integrates the majority of the inlet tract into the airbox base and lowers the filter position to create a smoother, more organic flow path. This reduces turbulence, improves filter utilization, and allows the turbochargers to operate with less resistance and lower wastegate duty.

To support the increased intake volume, Eventuri developed a dedicated carbon fiber engine cover with a red Kevlar center section. This redesigned cover provides the additional clearance required for the enlarged airboxes while completing the engine bay with a motorsport-inspired OEM+ aesthetic. Integrated CNC-machined breather modules, sensor mounts, and precision laser-cut brackets ensure factory-level fitment and long-term durability.

The result is stronger mid-range response, improved top-end pull, and a more pronounced induction character under load, all delivered through a system engineered specifically for the packaging constraints and airflow demands of the W465 G63.
