The Eventuri carbon shroud set for the BMW F90 M5 is designed for customers running the original V1 intake system who want to upgrade to the sealed V2 airflow configuration. By closing the open area in front of the filter housings, the shrouds prevent hot engine bay air from being drawn into the intake while maintaining a direct path for ambient air from the front scoops.

Each shroud follows the profile of the carbon Venturi housing and extends outward toward the inner wheel arch, where an integrated rubber seal allows for engine movement without compromising the air seal. This creates a more thermally stable intake environment, particularly under repeated acceleration and high-load driving conditions, while preserving the smooth airflow characteristics of the Eventuri system.

Manufactured from the same high-gloss pre-preg carbon fiber as the intake housings, the shrouds visually complete the intake system and bring the V1 configuration in line with the sealed V2 design philosophy.
