Drawing from their expertise in intake airflow design, Eventuri engineered these pipes with smooth curvature transitions from the turbo outlets to the charge-cooler. Turbulence is minimized through carefully modeled internal geometry, while the increased internal volume allows the turbos to operate with reduced restriction. This optimized flow path supports improved power delivery and throttle response, particularly on tuned vehicles where airflow demand is elevated.

Strength and durability are equally critical for the S55 engine, where the factory plastic charge pipes are known to weaken over time, especially under higher boost pressures. Eventuri addresses this with a multi-layer, cross-directional carbon fiber weave forming a robust 2mm wall thickness. Embedded CNC-machined stainless steel rings reinforce the clamp regions, helping the pipes retain their shape even under significant clamping loads.

Finished in matte carbon fiber, the charge pipes provide a purposeful motorsport aesthetic that complements both factory and aftermarket engine bay upgrades.
