Eventuri BMW F87 M2 Competition / M2 CS S55 Black Carbon Intake System

The Eventuri Black Carbon Intake System for the BMW F87 M2 Competition and M2 CS has been engineered to improve turbocharger efficiency by delivering a smoother, less restrictive airflow path while maintaining low intake temperatures. Designed specifically for the S55 engine, this system combines Eventuri’s patented technology with precision carbon construction to create an intake solution that enhances both performance and engine bay aesthetics.

Replacing the restrictive factory airbox with Eventuri’s patented carbon fiber Venturi filter housings allows airflow to remain laminar as it travels toward the turbo inlets. By reducing turbulence and drag, the turbos are able to spool more efficiently, resulting in improved throttle response and stronger power delivery throughout the rev range.

To further support thermal efficiency, the system incorporates sealed carbon intake ducts which help shield incoming air from engine bay heat. Maintaining lower intake air temperatures is critical for turbocharged engines, ensuring denser air reaches the combustion chamber for more consistent performance during both daily driving and spirited use.

Complementing the Venturi housings are organically shaped carbon fiber inlet tubes designed to provide a continuous and optimized path from the filters to the turbos. Integrated aluminum cowls promote smoother airflow entry, while bespoke Generation 2 high-flow filters offer increased filtration surface area without compromising engine protection.

The result is a highly engineered intake system capable of producing performance gains of approximately 12–20 horsepower and 12–16 ft-lb of torque, while delivering a more pronounced induction sound. Constructed from prepreg carbon fiber and finished to Eventuri’s exacting standards, this intake provides a premium OEM+ upgrade for the S55-powered M2 platform.
