The CSF “No Limit” S58 Air-to-Air Billet Competition Manifold represents a major leap forward in intake design for high-performance S58 builds. Developed and validated under extreme conditions, this system was proven at TX2K 2026 where multiple S58-powered vehicles achieved 7-second quarter mile times, including the current world record-holding BMW by Tom Wrigley Performance.

Designed in collaboration with Custom Plenum Creations (CPC), this manifold eliminates the factory charge cooler limitation, allowing for significantly increased airflow capacity and the use of larger front-mounted intercooler systems. By separating the cooling system from the intake manifold, CSF enables builders to push beyond traditional performance ceilings while maintaining consistent airflow and thermal control.

Each manifold is precision CNC-machined from solid 6061 billet aluminum and engineered with optimized plenum volume, refined runner geometry, and integrated velocity stacks. CFD analysis ensures balanced airflow distribution across all cylinders, supporting high boost applications exceeding 1500+ horsepower. This is a true motorsport-grade solution designed for extreme builds where airflow, durability, and consistency are critical.
