The 3D Design Dual Exhaust Valve Controller gives drivers of the G87 M2, G80 / G81 M3, G82 / G83 M4, and G16 M850i Gran Coupé direct, on-demand control over the factory exhaust valve behavior. Designed as a precision electronic interface for vehicles equipped with S58 and N63 engine variants, the dual-channel controller allows independent adjustment of each exhaust valve position, enabling a wider range of acoustic tuning than the factory comfort or sport mode settings alone can achieve.

The controller installs inline with the OEM exhaust valve wiring harness and requires no permanent modifications to the vehicle's electrical system. A compact, driver-accessible unit provides real-time toggle control over valve open / closed states, giving the driver the ability to select the optimal exhaust note for the environment — from a subdued highway tone to a full open, track-focused soundtrack — without the need for any software modifications or tune changes.
