The NRW-Design S65 Billet Chromoly VANOS Covers are a premium upgrade for the BMW E9X M3 with the S65 V8 engine, replacing the failure-prone factory aluminum covers with precision-engineered components designed for strength, longevity, and performance under extreme conditions.
CNC-machined from 4130 billet chromoly steel and black oxide coated for corrosion resistance, these VANOS covers eliminate the cracking and warping issues common with OEM units. Engineered to handle high RPM, track use, and long-term durability, they’re ideal for both street-driven and competition builds.
Each set includes two covers and all necessary O-rings for installation.
