Level Performance F90 M5 / F9X M8 Coolant Expansion Tank Shield

The coolant trap shield prevents antifreeze from inside the expansion tank from getting into the engine compartment and onto expensive electrical components during high fluid expansion stages. If fluid splashes from within the coolant expansion tank, it is caught by the shield and then drains through a special fitting at the bottom of the trap back.
NOTE: Currently fits all North American models and European vehicles meeting up to EU6c Emissions Standards (prior to January 2021). Does NOT fit Euro models meeting EU6d with RDE Level 2 standard.
