Evolve Performance E9X M3 (S65) Vanos Covers Kit

The BMW S65 engine can experience issues with the original plastic VANOS covers when the covers start cracking, breaking or becoming loose or when the covers completely fall off. There is a risk of catastrophic internal engine damage if the above occurs.

Unfortunately the covers are not available by themselves and the complete VANOS unit has to be purchased which can become very expensive.

Evolve has developed their own replacement VANOS covers in conjunction with Mr. Vanos which are a true replacement for the original part.

Unlike other products on the market they do not leave the springs exposed. These covers are made of T6082 aluminum, eliminating the risk of future cover failure which could ultimately lead to engine failure.

Installation is straightforward and no special tools are required.
