While most companies look to cut packaging costs, we’ve gone the other direction: investing in premium materials and careful processes to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition. To us, packaging isn’t just about protection it’s part of the customer experience. That’s why our team uses significantly more protective material than most in the industry. For painted parts, we start with soft, scratch-resistant towels, followed by multiple layers of bubble wrap for maximum protection. Every detail matters when it comes to preserving your order. But protection is only part of the equation.
New Tech, Same Enthusiast Team
We recently upgraded our inventory management system to further improve accuracy, visibility, and turnaround times for both customers and dealers. With our new scan-in / scan-out process, every painted item is now tracked from the moment it enters the building to the moment it leaves. This system also lets us run quality control checks before shipping labels are created, eliminating the frustration of receiving tracking numbers for items that don’t pass final inspection. Once an item is scanned, pulled, and placed in a barcoded bin, it heads to the shipping team for a final visual inspection before any label is applied. As a result, we've seen a measurable increase in order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Every painted and carbon fiber component is polished and inspected by our in-house team prior to shipping. From wet sanding to final QC, our goal is to ensure that every part leaving our warehouse meets our exacting standards.
