Before diving into Mario’s GW29CS ZHÜPRA build, it is important to understand the story behind Goldenwrench Supply Co. and why this brand has earned its place within the IND lineup. At IND, adding a new brand has never been about simply listing new part numbers. It is about the people behind the product, their vision, and the ability to grow together long term.
When we first partnered with Goldenwrench in 2020, we saw something different. Mario brought a level of focus, creativity, and attention to detail that immediately stood out. IND was one of the first wholesale partners to support the brand, and since then Goldenwrench has expanded globally, gaining traction with some of the largest dealers in the industry.
Goldenwrench products begin with precise 3D scanning and prototype validation, followed by production using CNC-formed T6 aluminum. From there, each component is finished in carefully curated anodized color palettes, including signature tones and limited-run custom finishes.
One of the most unique offerings is their carbon ceramic brake (CCB) gold finish. This allows enthusiasts to match engine bay components directly to factory brake calipers, creating a cohesive OEM+ aesthetic that ties the entire vehicle together.
Their engine cap systems replace factory plastic components, instantly elevating the engine bay with premium materials and refined color integration. For S58 applications, the Frozen Black cap suite goes even further, including the hood release and fuel cap to complete the package.

Collaboration has always been a major strength for Goldenwrench. Over the years, Mario has worked with IND Distribution, Turner Motorsport, and Studie Japan on limited-run projects. One standout was the IND 15-year anniversary oil cap, featuring a custom-machined insert and exclusive packaging.
Each collaboration is extremely limited, ensuring every release remains unique and highly collectible.
As the brand evolved, Goldenwrench expanded beyond BMW into platforms like the Toyota A90 Supra, GR Corolla, and MINI, all while maintaining a consistent design language.
That evolution ultimately led to one of the most ambitious builds we have seen to date.
Introducing the ZHÜPRA: A Modern Z4 Coupe Concept
The BMW G29 Z4 was only offered as a soft-top roadster, leaving enthusiasts wondering what a modern Z4 coupe could look like. At the same time, BMW and Toyota co-developed the A90 Supra, sharing the same platform, engine architecture, and core engineering.
That overlap created a unique opportunity.
Mario began exploring a concept many had imagined but never executed at this level: transforming the A90 Supra into a modern BMW Z4 Coupe. What started as an idea quickly became a full-scale development project.
Through extensive test fitting, integration of OEM BMW components, and custom-engineered bodywork, Goldenwrench developed the GW29CS Z4 Coupe Conversion Kit.

The goal was simple, remove the guesswork and create a complete, turnkey solution for enthusiasts looking to execute a proper Z4 coupe conversion.
The finished vehicle, named the ZHÜPRA, made its global debut at SEMA 2025 and immediately captured attention. For many attendees unfamiliar with the BMW and Toyota shared development story, the car appeared to be a factory BMW concept.
That level of execution is what makes this build so special.
