Unlike traditional caps that spin with the wheel, BMW floating center caps stay level, offering a subtle, high-end visual detail. But before purchasing, it’s essential to understand sizing, compatibility, and available custom options—especially for those looking to stand out.

Official Sizes: BMW Floating Center Caps

BMW offers two floating center cap sizes:

• 56mm – For most modern BMWs with a 5x112 bolt pattern and 66.6mm center bore
• 68mm – For older BMWs using a 5x120 bolt pattern and 72.6mm center bore

Measured dimensions differ slightly:

• 56mm caps: ~53.2mm
• 68mm caps: ~64.45mm

Important Note: These caps do not fit all OEM wheels—even within the supported size groups—and rarely work with aftermarket wheels. The only confirmed exception is Titan7 wheels.

🔹 Carbon Fiber Floating Caps

We overlay carbon fiber onto the blue section of the BMW roundel and add a gloss black outer edge. Available in both 56mm and 68mm sizes for an OEM+ carbon look.

🔹 Black Series Floating Caps

Our most stealthy option. The inner chrome and lettering are taped off, and the entire cap is refinished in BMW gloss black. Each cap is hand-sanded, painted, clear-coated, and polished in-house.

🔹 Heritage Floating Caps (56mm Only)

BMW never released a floating version of the iconic 50th Anniversary roundels—but we did. We bond a standard heritage cap to the floating base using brand-new OEM parts, creating the only 56mm floating heritage center cap on the market.
