3D Design Japan has officially completed development and tooling for the new M5 platform and is now producing full aero kits in Japan. As expected from 3D Design, fitment accuracy is exceptional and carbon fiber weave consistency is flawless across every component. For the G90/G99 M5, 3D Design selected a 2×2 pre-preg twill carbon fiber weave, specifically chosen to match BMW M Performance carbon as well as most premium aftermarket carbon components. This ensures a cohesive look throughout the vehicle without mismatched weave patterns.
The new G90/G99 M5 aero lineup includes a full carbon fiber front splitter, full carbon fiber side skirts, a rear diffuser, and an optional carbon fiber trunk spoiler for the G90 M5 Sedan. Each piece is designed with clean OEM+ body lines that enhance the car’s presence without overpowering BMW’s original design language.
