Return Process for approved RMA’s

All returns must first be approved by our support team in writing and an RMA number must be provided to you prior to any items being returned to IND. If you have not received your RMA number, please email our support team.

  • Items must be in original packaging, unused and in new condition. For products that included installation hardware or instructions, the associated materials must be also returned. If you misplaced any items, please let us know prior to sending your return.
  • If the Support Team provided any specific information to be included with your return, please print and include inside your package.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to pay for a shipping label unless one has been provided to you.
  • Write your RMA or Support Number (Ex: RMA#xxxxxx) on the exterior of the box and return to:

  • All returns are inspected upon arrival at IND Distribution. Once the return has passed inspection, the return will be processed minus any applicable fees. If the item does not pass inspection, it is the customer’s responsibility to send IND return label to retrieve their goods. Items not retrieved within 60 days of informing the customer it has not passed inspection will be considered abandoned goods.

    The inspection process typically takes 3-5 business days after arrival to complete. Once the inspection is finalized, a refund will be issued to the account used for the original purchase.

    Return Terms

    • To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and received by IND within 14 days of your original receipt of the product.
    • Return shipping costs, unless otherwise specially provided for, are the buyer’s responsibility.
    • All items eligible for return are subject to a 20% restocking fee, except in cases where the return was caused by our error. Please note that any damage must be reported to IND prior to any installation. We cannot offer any exchange or refunds on items that have been installed or used.
    • Special order items, which encompass custom painted products, freight shipments, and other similar products, are not eligible for return. This policy is due to the increased complexity in the returns process for these items. However, exceptions are made for products with manufacturer's defects.
